Operation :

STEP1: Froze the pan in the fridge for 24 hours at first. Do put the try face down in the refrigerator.

STEP2: After the pan is frozen about 24 hours in the fridge. Pour the diluted ice cream liquid into the frozen 18 - hour ice cream maker pan.

STEP3: After a while, turn over the ice cream liquid until it becomes thick sorbet.

STEP4: Put the ice cream into the bowl and eat it!

Mango ice cream recipe :

1. Mango: 100g; Whipped cream: 50g; Lemon juice: 5g; Sugar: 4g. All put in a shake cup and shake forcefully for 2 minutes.
2. Pour the shaken ingredients into the ice cream maker and turn it over with ice shovel for about 3 minutes.
3. Use ice cream scoop to dig the ball and put it on the plate.

Remarks:

• Please freeze ice music tray in refrigerator freezer (-18 ℃) for more than 24 hours before use, do put the try face down in the refrigerator, Otherwise, it will affect the freezing effect of the ice disk surface;
